Three K-pop groups. Three consecutive summers. Three headline slots at one of Britain's biggest outdoor stages.

On May 18, ATEEZ were confirmed as headliners for BST Hyde Park's June 28 date in London - their only UK performance of 2026. The booking follows BLACKPINK's 2023 appearance, when the group became the first K-pop act to headline a major British festival, and Stray Kids' slot in 2024, the first male K-pop act to do the same. ATEEZ now extend what has become an annual succession.

The announcement positions ATEEZ alongside a BST 2026 lineup that includes Garth Brooks, Maroon 5, Mumford & Sons, Duran Duran, Pitbull, and Lewis Capaldi. Festival organizers confirmed the show as a UK exclusive, meaning it's the only chance for fans in the country to see ATEEZ live this year. Artist presale opened this morning; general on-sale begins May 29 via Ticketmaster UK.

That exclusivity is the commercial lever. BST Hyde Park has increasingly structured K-pop bookings as single-date UK-only events - a format that compresses demand and historically produces fast sellouts. BLACKPINK's 2023 Hyde Park date sold out. Stray Kids' 2024 slot sold out. ATEEZ arrive having just wrapped their "In Your Fantasy" world tour in Bangkok in April, with their most recent release, GOLDEN HOUR: Part.4, adding fresh momentum.

What's changed between 2023 and now isn't just the roster of names. BLACKPINK's Hyde Park headline was treated as an anomaly - a one-off crossover moment for a group that had already broken into Western pop radio. Stray Kids normalized it for male acts. ATEEZ's booking, three years into this pattern, signals something more structural: BST has integrated K-pop into its annual programming cycle the same way it integrates legacy rock acts or singer-songwriters. The question of whether K-pop belongs at UK festivals has been settled by three consecutive sold-out bookings.

The full supporting lineup for June 28 has not been announced. ATEEZ will also release their fifth Japanese single in June and host a Tokyo showcase that month.
