South Korean rock band DAY6 delivered a powerful performance at SM Mall of Asia Arena in Manila on January 24, 2026, continuing their landmark 10th anniversary tour "The DECADE."

The four-member group-Sungjin, Young K, Wonpil, and Dowoon-captivated Filipino fans with a nearly three-hour setlist spanning their decade-long career. The concert featured fan favorites including "HAPPY," "Welcome to the Show," "It Was Beautiful," "Maybe Tomorrow," "Let's Love Again," "I Loved You," and "Somehow."

The band also performed tracks from their fourth full-length album "The DECADE," released in September 2025, including double title tracks "Dream Bus" and "INSIDE OUT," along with album cuts "Disco Day" and "Our Season."

Band Expresses Gratitude to Filipino Fans

During the show, the members expressed their appreciation for the energetic Manila crowd. "We're grateful to perform in front of so many people," the band told the audience. "We want to continue being with you and repay you with good albums. Today was truly a happy day, and we hope it was the same for you."

Young K noted that the Manila stop came just 11 months after their previous Philippine concert on February 22, 2025, at Smart Araneta Coliseum as part of their "Forever Young" world tour. The return to the larger MOA Arena allowed more Filipino fans to attend the celebration.

The group emphasized the connection between themselves and their audience: "Laughing together, singing together-this is why we stand on stage. Thank you for giving us such great energy."

Historic Stadium Achievement Launched Tour

The Manila concert is part of an extensive world tour that began with a historic achievement. On August 30-31, 2025, DAY6 became the first Korean band to headline and sell out Goyang Stadium in Goyang, South Korea, performing before approximately 40,000 fans per night.

The stadium shows marked a milestone for Korean bands, as DAY6 fulfilled their long-held dream of performing at an outdoor venue. The achievement followed their progression through increasingly larger venues since their 2015 debut, including becoming the first Korean band to perform at Gocheok Sky Dome in December 2024.

Tour Continues Across Asia

Following Manila, "The DECADE" tour continues with stops in:

  • Kuala Lumpur (January 31)
  • Daegu (February 7-8)
  • Taipei (March 7-8)
  • Gwangju (March 14-15)
  • Daejeon (March 21-22)
  • Singapore (April 18)
  • Tokyo (April 25-26)
  • Busan (May 16-17)
  • Kobe (June 20-21)

The tour celebrates not only the band's 10th anniversary but also the release of their first full-length album in nearly six years. "The DECADE," released September 5, 2025, features 10 tracks with contributions from all four members.

Live Nation Philippines presented the Manila concert, with tickets ranging from PHP 3,500 to PHP 16,500.

DAY6, signed to JYP Entertainment, has built a reputation as one of K-pop's premier live bands, known for playing their own instruments and delivering high-energy performances without relying on backing tracks.
