Sung Hanbin Releases Spring Fever OST as ZEROBASEONE Contract Nears March 2026 End
ZEROBASEONE leader Sung Hanbin released "Like Spring" (너란 봄) for tvN drama "Spring Fever" on January 20 at 6 PM KST, marking another collaboration with CJ ENM as his group's extended contract approaches its March 2026 conclusion.
Latest OST Showcases Sung Hanbin's Vocal Range
The fifth OST from "Spring Fever" captures the drama's central theme of emotional healing through romance. Sung Hanbin's clear vocals accompany lyrics depicting male lead Seon Jae-gyu (Ahn Bo-hyun) gradually healing through his connection with teacher Yoon Bom (Lee Joo-bin), using spring as a metaphor for renewal.
The track is available on major Korean streaming platforms including Melon, Genie, and Bugs.
CJ ENM's Continued Partnership with "Mnet's Son"
Since winning Mnet's "Boys Planet" in April 2023, Sung Hanbin has maintained close ties with CJ ENM, earning the fan nickname "Mnet's son." His work across the conglomerate's entertainment properties includes:
- M Countdown MC from September 2023 to September 2025
- World of Street Woman Fighter host starting May 2025, succeeding Kang Daniel
- WSWF theme song "Champion" performer, which charted on Melon HOT100 and Bugs TOP100
Both tvN and Mnet operate under CJ ENM's entertainment division.
ZEROBASEONE's Timeline Through March 2026
Originally scheduled to disband in January 2026 after their 2.5-year contract, ZEROBASEONE announced a two-month extension in December 2025. The group now concludes activities in March 2026 following encore concerts and their final album "RE-FLOW."
The brief extension disappointed some fans who hoped for longer continuation, though coordinating nine members from different agencies presents complex challenges.
Since debuting July 10, 2023, ZEROBASEONE achieved significant commercial milestones:
- All six releases reached million-seller status
- 9 million cumulative album sales in under two years (fastest K-pop group)
- First full album "NEVER SAY NEVER" sold 1.1 million copies on release day in September 2025
