NCT Doyoung Finishes Military Basic Training January 2025
NCT's Doyoung wrapped up his basic military training and shared a salute with fans through photos posted on January 14.
The NCT 127 vocalist appeared in uniform after completing roughly five weeks at the Army Training Center. He enlisted alongside bandmate Jungwoo on December 8, 2024, entering the same training facility together.
NCT's official accounts posted the completion photos with a simple "Completed" caption. Fans responded with messages of support and congratulations, expressing how much they've missed him during his absence.
Now that basic training's behind him, Doyoung will continue as an active-duty soldier while Jungwoo moves to the Army Band. They're the third and fourth NCT members currently serving.
Taeyong became NCT's first discharged member on December 14, 2025, after serving in the Navy since April 2024. Jaehyun's been in the Army Band since November 4, 2024, and won't finish until May 3, 2026.
Doyoung joined NCT U back in 2016 and later became part of NCT 127 and the vocal unit NCT DoJaeJung. He'll be discharged around June 2027 after completing his 18-month service.
