Former Wanna One's Ha Sungwoon Drops New Single "Tell The World" After 18-Month Hiatus
Big Planet Made Entertainment released dramatic teaser photos for Ha Sungwoon's upcoming digital single "Tell The World" on January 2, building anticipation for his first solo release in a year and a half.
The photos showcase a striking visual direction with red lighting effects layered over dark backgrounds. Ha Sungwoon's tousled hair, tailored suit, and penetrating gaze create an edgy, dreamlike aesthetic that signals a bold new chapter.
"Tell The World" drops January 5 at 6 PM KST on major music platforms. It's been about 18 months since the singer released "Blessed," his eighth mini-album, in July 2024. That five-track project marked his post-military return and featured a hip-hop-driven title track co-written by Ha Sungwoon and producer Colde.
Fans got an early taste of the new single during Ha Sungwoon's December 30-31 fan meeting at YES24 Live Hall in Seoul. The surprise preview performance marked the first time he'd connected with fans in person since June 2024.
Between "Blessed" and this comeback, Ha Sungwoon contributed to several drama soundtracks, including "Law and the City."
The former Wanna One member has built a solo career around musical versatility since his 2019 debut with "My Moment," exploring everything from R&B and pop to electronic sounds across multiple EPs.
