FT Island Celebrates Year-End with Fans at 2025 FTSODE Concert in Seoul
Rock band FT Island closed out 2025 with their fans at the third annual FTSODE concert, held December 27-28 at Kwangwoon University's Donghae Culture and Arts Center in Seoul.
The two-day event featured a creative awards ceremony format where the band and their fan club Primadonna honored memorable moments from the past year together. Lee Hong-gi opened both nights with solo performances before the full band took the stage.
The setlist spanned multiple themed segments. During the ballad section, the band performed medleys including "Love Love Love," "Wind," and "Unthinkable." They also delivered fan-favorite YouTube cover songs "BETELGEUSE" and "Worry Addiction."
New releases from 2025 got their spotlight in the new song section, with performances of "LIMITLESS," "Theory of Happiness," and "THUNDERSTORM." The maniac section heated things up with intense rock tracks "Out of Love" and "INFERNO."
Fan stories inspired special moments where the band performed "Marry Me," "Universe Universe," "Sunrise Yellow," and "Love Sick" based on audience requests. Additional songs included "Summer Night's Dream," "Train," "I Hope You Become My Lover," and "Don't Love."
The concerts included awards for fans recognizing achievements like best attendance, streaming support, creative ideas, best dressed, and best performance. Members personally thanked Primadonna during these presentations.
"Next year marks our 18th anniversary, and we want to create more fun experiences with you," Lee Hong-gi told the crowd. "We'll work hard to share happiness together. Please look forward to it."
The band, which debuted June 7, 2007, currently includes Lee Hong-gi (vocals), Lee Jae-jin (bass), and Choi Min-hwan (drums). They'll bring FTSODE to Taipei on January 24-25, 2026.
