SEVENTEEN Closes Record-Breaking Japan Dome Tour With 435,000 Fans
The K-pop group wrapped its December 2025 Japan leg across four major dome venues, drawing massive crowds before shifting to stadium-only shows in 2026.
SEVENTEEN ended their 'RIGHT HERE' Japan tour on December 22 at Fukuoka PayPay Dome, finishing a month-long run that brought 435,000 fans to sold-out performances across the country. The final three shows in Fukuoka alone attracted over 120,000 attendees.
Month-Long Run Across Four Dome Cities
The tour ran from late November through December with 10 total shows. Vantelin Dome Nagoya hosted the opening performances November 29-30, followed by Tokyo Dome on December 4-5. Kyocera Dome Osaka took center stage December 12, 14-15, before the finale in Fukuoka December 19, 21-22.
Fans spent 3.5 hours at each show watching the 13-member group perform "THUNDER" from their fifth album alongside Japanese tracks "Not Alone" and "Power of Love." The concerts mixed group numbers with solo stages showcasing individual members.
"We're spending our youth together," members told the Fukuoka crowd during closing remarks. "We want to keep growing with you. Hopefully all 13 of us can perform together again soon-we'll keep working hard until then."
Reaching Fans Worldwide
The November 29 Nagoya show streamed live to 1,100 theaters across 54 countries. Additional shows in Osaka and Fukuoka reached international audiences through online streaming.
All four tour cities ran 'CARAT BUNKASAI' fan events in partnership with local businesses and landmarks, extending the experience beyond the venues.
Japan Chart Success Continues
SEVENTEEN's 'HAPPY BURSTDAY' album hit No. 7 on Oricon's 2025 Annual Rankings in both Combined Album and Album categories-strong showings for the May 2025 release. Their 2024 releases maintained chart presence too, with the 12th mini-album at No. 57 and fourth Japanese single at No. 44.
Unit projects also charted. S.Coups and Mingyu's first mini-album reached No. 51, while BSS (Seungkwan, DK, Hoshi) landed their second single at No. 81.
The group took home three trophies at the 2025 MAMA AWARDS, then earned 'Millions Top 10' recognition at the 17th Melon Music Awards for tracks hitting 1 million streams within 24 hours.
2026 Brings All-Stadium Asia Shows
SEVENTEEN's touring strategy scales up in early 2026. Their upcoming Asia dates skip arenas entirely-every stop books a stadium.
Hong Kong's Kai Tak Stadium hosts shows February 28-March 1, 2026. Singapore National Stadium follows March 7, then Bangkok National Stadium March 14-15, with Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan closing out the run March 21.
The stadium-focused approach reflects the group's expanded draw, building on December's 435,000 Japan attendance across dome venues that typically seat 40,000-50,000 each.
