BIGBANG's 20th Anniversary Tour Opens in Two Days. Goyang City Just Held a Briefing on How to Handle the Crowds.
BIGBANG opens its "2026-2027 World Tour: XX: COSMOS" with three nights at Goyang Stadium on August 21, 22, and 23 - the first stop on a 19-city, 33-show run and the group's first tour as a trio. Goyang City held an administrative briefing on August 6 to coordinate safety management, traffic control, visitor routing, and venue-area logistics ahead of the run, according to city officials, citing the scale of attendance expected across all three nights at the roughly 41,000-capacity stadium.
Tickets are being sold through NOL World, with fan club and general sales having already run in June; a limited release of canceled and newly added tickets went on presale July 13 and general sale July 14. Availability for the remaining dates should be checked directly through NOL World's official ticket page, where any further released seats will be listed as they become available.
The stadium run functions as a homecoming before BIGBANG leaves Korea: after Goyang, the tour crosses North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia, with dates confirmed in cities including Taipei, Hong Kong, Sydney, Hanoi, Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Jakarta into early 2027, plus stops at MetLife Stadium and other major North American venues. It marks the trio's first tour since 2017 and comes nine years after BIGBANG's last full group run.
The Goyang shows arrive two days after the release of "BiiiG," BIGBANG's first new single since 2022, giving the opening nights a live premiere built in: whatever else changes about the setlist across three shows, "BiiiG" is expected to get its first public performance at the stadium that same weekend. Goyang City's briefing also covered September's Lim Young-woong stadium concerts at the same venue, suggesting the city is treating this stretch of large-scale shows as a sustained operational period rather than a single event.
With general ticket availability limited to whatever seats are released and no additional Goyang dates announced beyond the three nights, fans without tickets already in hand have a narrowing window before the tour moves overseas.
