Injury During Historic Performance
Lee Know injured his ankle while performing on the second night of the MAMA Awards on November 29 at Hong Kong's Kai Tak Stadium. Fans at the venue reported he twisted his ankle while rushing down stairs between performance segments.
Despite the injury, Lee Know continued performing with the group throughout the remainder of their set. When Stray Kids accepted their Album of the Year Daesang later that evening, members were seen supporting him as he struggled to put weight on his foot.
Airport Arrival Sparks Concern
The extent of Lee Know's injury became apparent when he arrived at the airport on November 30. Fans and media captured images of the performer using a wheelchair, which quickly spread across social media and heightened worries about his condition.

KARMA surpassed 3 million first-week sales, setting the highest figure for any K-pop album released in 2025. The group also received the Fans' Choice Male Top 10 award at the ceremony.
Multiple Injuries Raise Safety Concerns
Lee Know wasn't the only artist injured during this year's MAMA Awards. (G)I-DLE's Minnie twisted her foot badly during rehearsals on the first day and was also seen using a wheelchair, raising questions among fans about stage safety at major K-pop events.
Fans worldwide have been sending well wishes for Lee Know's recovery, with messages trending under the hashtag #GetWellSoonLeeKnow.
