TWS Announces First Chinese-Speaking Region Tour with January 2026 Concerts in Macau and Kaohsiung
K-pop rookie sensation TWS is expanding their global footprint with their first tour of Chinese-speaking territories, bringing their "24/7:WITH:US" concert series to Macau and Kaohsiung in January 2026.
Pledis Entertainment announced on November 10 that the six-member group will perform at Studio City Event Center in Macau on January 24, followed by a show at Kaohsiung Music Center on January 31. The tour marks a significant milestone for the group, who debuted just under two years ago in January 2024.
Building Momentum in Chinese-Speaking Markets
TWS has been steadily cultivating their fanbase in Chinese-speaking regions throughout 2024 and 2025. In July 2024, the group collaborated with Chinese short-form video platform Douyin, though the exact details of this collaboration remain unclear from available sources. More recently, in July 2025, they released a Korean version of the Chinese song "Kiss Kiss Shy Shy," demonstrating their commitment to bridging Korean and Chinese pop cultures.
The group held their first showcase in the Greater China region on August 26, 2024, at the Broadway Theatre in Macau. The event attracted approximately 1,800 fans selected through a lottery and served as an introduction to their second mini-album "SUMMER BEAT!" The showcase featured performances of tracks including "Double Take," their title track "If I'm S, Be My N," and "Hey! Hey!" The members engaged local fans by greeting them in Cantonese and incorporating regional slang into their interactions.
Tour Success Leading to Chinese Expansion
The Chinese-speaking region concerts follow TWS's highly successful debut tour, which began in Seoul in June 2025. Their three-day "2025 TWS TOUR '24/7:WITH:US' IN SEOUL" at Jamsil Indoor Stadium drew more than 16,000 fans, marking a major achievement for the rookie group. The emotional finale saw leader Shinyu breaking down in tears while expressing gratitude to their fanbase, known as 42.
The tour then moved to Japan, where TWS performed 13 shows across six cities from July through August 2025. The Japan leg attracted approximately 50,000 fans total, with sold-out performances in Hiroshima, Aichi, Fukuoka, Miyagi, Osaka, and Kanagawa. The tour coincided with their Japanese debut single "Nice to see you again (はじめまして)," which topped both Oricon and Billboard Japan charts and earned a Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan with over 100,000 copies sold.
Year-End Festival Schedule
Before embarking on their Chinese-speaking region tour, TWS has a packed year-end schedule of major music festivals and awards shows. The group is confirmed to perform at the 2025 MAMA Awards in Hong Kong on November 28-29 at Kai Tak Stadium, where they join a stellar lineup including IVE, ENHYPEN, BabyMonster, BoyNextDoor, and Super Junior on the first night.
Following MAMA, TWS will appear at the 10th Anniversary Asia Artist Awards 2025 on December 6 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan at the Kaohsiung National Stadium. The awards show, hosted by 2PM's Lee Junho and IVE's Jang Wonyoung, will feature performances from over 20 acts including Stray Kids, IVE, LE SSERAFIM, RIIZE, ATEEZ, and MEOVV.
Additional year-end appearances include Japan's FNS Music Festival on Fuji TV on December 3 and Countdown Japan 25/26 in Chiba on December 27, cementing their presence in both the Korean and Japanese music scenes.
Rising Fifth-Generation Leaders
TWS, which stands for "Twenty Four Seven With Us," consists of six members: Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon, and Kyungmin. Since their January 2024 debut with the mini-album "Sparkling Blue" and title track "plot twist," the group has been hailed as leaders of K-pop's fifth generation.
Their fresh, youthful concept labeled as "boyhood pop" has resonated strongly with fans. In April 2025, they secured their first music show grand slam with their third mini-album "TRY WITH US" and title track "Countdown!," becoming the first fifth-generation boy group to achieve this milestone just over a year after debut.
The upcoming Chinese-speaking region tour demonstrates TWS's strategic approach to building an international fanbase while maintaining strong connections with markets where they've already established a presence. With their energetic performances and youth-focused storytelling, the group aims to leave a lasting impression on new audiences in Macau and Kaohsiung.
Fans can expect the group's signature refreshing choreography and dynamic stage presence that has characterized their "24/7:WITH:US" tour series, bringing the same passion that captivated audiences in Seoul and across Japan to Chinese-speaking territories for the first time.
