TXT Launches Second VR Concert Experience "Heart Attack" in Asian Theaters
K-pop quintet TOMORROW X TOGETHER debuts their latest virtual reality concert film featuring campus fantasy concept and cutting-edge production technology
TOMORROW X TOGETHER-known as TXT-opened their second theatrical VR concert experience "HEART ATTACK" on October 10 at Megabox COEX in Seoul. The immersive concert film runs through November 16 before expanding to multiple cities across Japan and other Asian territories.
The five-member group consisting of Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Hueningkai brings enhanced production values to this follow-up project. Members teased the experience in promotional content, promising "a VR concert full of refreshing energy and love" with more confidence and improved chemistry compared to their debut VR outing.
Campus Fantasy Meets Virtual Reality
"HEART ATTACK" transports viewers through a campus-inspired narrative featuring multiple fantastical environments. The concert showcases performances against backdrops including pink-hued skies, high-speed racing circuits, and winter aurora landscapes. This thematic approach marks a departure from their previous VR concert "HYPERFOCUS," which premiered in theaters across South Korea and the United States from July through November 2024.
The production employs AMAZE's proprietary technology combining AI-based video processing with Unreal Engine VFX capabilities. This technical foundation allows seamless transitions between realistic and fantasy sequences while maintaining visual clarity that positions viewers virtually on-stage with the performers.
International Screening Schedule
Following the Seoul debut, "HEART ATTACK" will screen in Japanese cities including Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka. Tokyo and Osaka screenings begin October 10 and continue through November 9, while Nagoya and Fukuoka venues host the concert from November 14-30. Singapore's GV Bugis+ theater joins the screening schedule starting October 25.
Additional Asian markets including Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong are scheduled for upcoming release dates through December 2025.
Parallel World Tour
TXT currently traverses their fourth world tour "ACT: TOMORROW," which launched in Seoul this August. The group completed their U.S. leg in early October with shows in San Jose, Los Angeles, Dallas, Rosemont, Atlanta, Washington D.C., and Newark across seven cities.
The tour continues with Japanese dates beginning November 15-16 in Saitama, followed by Aichi performances December 6-7, and concluding in Fukuoka December 27-28.
