AND2BLE Sold 731,673 Copies in Their First Week. They've Been a Group for Ten Days.
AND2BLE debuted on May 26. By June 1 - six days later - their first mini album Sequence 01: Curiosity had sold 731,673 copies, according to Hanteo Chart data confirmed by their agency YH Entertainment on June 2. That figure ranks fourth in Hanteo history for a K-pop group debut album, behind only ZEROBASEONE, ALPHA DRIVE ONE, and RIIZE. It also makes Sequence 01 the second-highest-selling debut album of 2026, surpassed only by ALPHA DRIVE ONE.
The album hit 500,000 copies within three days. "Curious," the title track, topped the iTunes Top Songs chart in 13 countries and the music video crossed 15 million YouTube views in the same window. Sequence 01: Curiosity entered the iTunes Top Albums chart in 23 regions and debuted at No. 2 on the Worldwide iTunes Albums Chart.
The numbers are large. The reason they're not entirely surprising requires knowing who AND2BLE actually is.
Four of the five members - Zhang Hao, Ricky, Kim Gyuvin, and Han Yujin - were members of ZEROBASEONE, the group formed through Mnet's Boys Planet survival program in 2023. ZEROBASEONE held the Hanteo debut record AND2BLE just fell one spot below. The group disbanded on March 10, 2026, after completing their contract cycle. The fifth member, Yoo Seungeon, finished 16th on Boys Planet - just outside the final lineup - and subsequently debuted in Evnne, which disbanded in December 2025. All five were signed to YH Entertainment and announced as AND2BLE in March 2026.
The structure is familiar to anyone who has followed how K-pop talent cycles work post-survival-show: a project group runs its contract, members scatter or regroup, and the pre-built fandom follows. ZEROBASEONE's fanbase, known as ZEROZONE, transferred almost entirely to AND2BLE - which is why a group that hadn't released a single note of music before May 26 could move half a million copies in three days. The debut week record is, in part, a measure of how effectively YH managed that transition.
What's less predictable is what AND2BLE does with it. Sequence 01: Curiosity is a five-track EP built around Zhang Hao and Ricky as the primary creative contributors - both are credited as writers on multiple tracks, including "Curious." The production involves The Stereotypes, one of the Western production teams with the most consistent K-pop crossover credits over the past five years. The sound is polished and relatively conventional: mid-tempo pop, clean choreography, the kind of release designed to consolidate a fanbase rather than expand one.
Whether the group builds beyond that consolidation is the open question. On June 2, AND2BLE won their first music show - SBS The Show - just seven days after debuting. The fanbase is organized, activated, and clearly capable of delivering chart results. The music itself has to earn what comes next.
