LE SSERAFIM Performs at New Year's Rockin' Eve 2026: Only K-Pop Group in Times Square Lineup
K-pop quintet LE SSERAFIM will ring in 2026 at America's biggest New Year's Eve celebration. ABC confirmed December 2 that the group will perform at Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest, airing live from Times Square on December 31 at 8 p.m. ET.
The five members-Kim Chaewon, Sakura, Huh Yunjin, Kazuha, and Hong Eunchae-are the only K-pop act in this year's lineup. They'll share the stage with Mariah Carey, Post Malone, and Chappell Roan in what ABC is calling the show's longest broadcast in over 50 years.
What They're Performing
LE SSERAFIM will perform two songs in Times Square: "CRAZY" and their recent single "SPAGHETTI" featuring BTS member j-hope. The broadcast also includes an interview segment with host Ryan Seacrest.
"CRAZY," released last August, gave the group their first multi-week run on the Billboard Hot 100, debuting at No. 76. "SPAGHETTI" went even higher, hitting No. 50 in November-their best Hot 100 position yet. The track also reached No. 46 on the UK Official Singles Chart, marking their first Top 50 entry there.
U.S. Tour Success
The New Year's Eve booking follows a successful North American tour in September. LE SSERAFIM sold out all seven U.S. stops-Newark, Chicago, Grand Prairie, Inglewood, San Francisco, Seattle, and Las Vegas. The group also appeared on America's Got Talent during the tour leg.
Their growing U.S. presence comes after breakthrough performances at Coachella 2024 and the MTV Video Music Awards, where they won the Push Performance of the Year award.
Packed Year-End Schedule
After Times Square, LE SSERAFIM heads to Taiwan for the 10th Anniversary Asia Artist Awards on December 6, then returns to Korea for year-end music shows: KBS Gayo Daechukje on December 19 and SBS Gayo Daejeon on December 25. They'll close out the month at Japan's Countdown Japan festival on December 28 before appearing at the Golden Disc Awards in January.
The New Year's Rockin' Eve performance caps a year of steady growth in Western markets for the group, which debuted in 2022. With sold-out arena tours and consecutive Billboard chart appearances, they've established themselves as one of the most visible fourth-generation K-pop acts in the U.S.
