K-pop group SEVENTEEN has achieved another digital milestone as their "_WORLD" music video surpassed 100 million views on YouTube, marking their ninth video to reach this benchmark.

On September 18, 2025, at 9:06 p.m. KST, SEVENTEEN's "_WORLD" music video crossed the 100 million view threshold, according to Pledis Entertainment. The video was originally released on July 18, 2022, taking just over three years to reach this milestone.

"_WORLD" served as the title track for "Sector 17," a repackaged version of SEVENTEEN's fourth studio album "Face the Sun". The song combines funky rhythms with sweet melodies, delivering a romantic message about offering someone a new world after falling for them at first sight.

SEVENTEEN's 100M View Collection

With "_WORLD," SEVENTEEN now has nine music videos exceeding 100 million views. Their complete list includes "Don't Wanna Cry," "CLAP," "VERY NICE," "Left & Right," "HOT," "Super," "Rock with you," and "MAESTRO", with "HOT" reaching 200 million views.

Current Tour Activities

SEVENTEEN recently kicked off their "NEW_" world tour with performances at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium on September 13-14, 2025. The shows attracted 54,000 fans and were livestreamed globally.

The tour continues with Hong Kong's Kai Tak Stadium on September 27-28, followed by five U.S. cities in October and a four-dome tour across Japan in November-December. All tickets have sold out, with Hong Kong shows selling out within minutes.

Member Status Update

Four SEVENTEEN members are currently serving mandatory military duty: Jeonghan (enlisted September 26, 2024), Wonwoo (enlisted April 3, 2025), and Hoshi and Woozi who enlisted September 15-16, 2025. The current tour features nine performing members, with the four enlisted members watching from the audience during the Incheon shows.

Album Success

"Sector 17" made history as the first K-pop repackage to sell over 1 million copies in its first week and debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200. Their latest album "Happy Burstday" sold over 2.5 million copies in its first week, setting the record for a K-pop album released in 2025.
