Tesco Finalizes Deal to Sell South Korean Unit

Tesco is near to closing a deal to sell "Homeplus" to an Asian private-equity firm bidder. The British retailer selected MBK Partners Ltd. among other bidders that showed interest in buying the South Korean unit.
