South Korean Police and Korean Association of Plastic Surgeons Launch Free Plastic Surgery Program

The South Korean Police, in partnership with the Korean Association of Plastic Surgery, has launched a program that will give free plastic surgery and treatment to 28,000 defectors burdened by their scars.
