Lea Michelle Talks About Boyfriend Matthew Paetz; 'Cory Would Love Him,' Actress Said
Lea Michelle recently opened up about her relationship with boyfriend, Matthew Paetz and what her former boyfriend, the late Cory Monteith, would think about him.
In an interview with Fempire, the actress shared how a wonderful person Paetz is and how they're keeping their relationship strong.
"At the end of the day, this industry is really tough, and the only way to get through is to create a solid unit, and that's really what we've been since day one," the "Scream Queens" actress said.
"We've stood by each other through anything that was thrown our way," she added. "He is a such a great man that he would never really let anything like that ever crack our lovely little core that we've created."

Aside from Matthew Paetz, Lea Michelle also mentioned her former boyfriend and "Glee" co-star, Cory Monteith, who died on July 13, 2013 at the age of 31 due to drug and alcohol overdose.
According to the actress, her current beau is very respectful towards Monteith's memory.
"He is very respectful towards the person that I was with, and that, again, is something I love so much about him," she said.
"I really know that Cory would love him too," she added.
In an interview with Flare Magazine in September 2015, the "Glee" actress said it took lots of soul-searching to open herself up to another person following her ex's death.
"I wanted to make sure that I was okay with me, feeling strong and feeling happy on my own," the 29-year-old actress said. "I wanted to make sure that I was a whole person again and that no one was coming into my life to put me back together. I needed to do that on my own."
"I worked very, very, very hard and I got back to that place where I was genuinely happy and strong and ready to live again and see the world and, you know, bring in more beautiful experiences," Lea Michelle said, as she continued to talk about her boyfriend, Matthew Paetz. "And that's when someone miraculously came into my life."
