According to the latest speculations, "Prison School" anime will make a comeback this year, following the success of the manga version.
The manga recently released its chapter 201 for all the fans of the series. It is speculated that since the season 1 of the "Prison School" aired just 12 episodes, there is a huge possibility that the creators of the anime series will use the manga scripts for the second season of the anime series.
When-will.net reported that even though no official release date for "Prison School" has been revealed, the season 2 is most likely going to happen in September. The reason behind this is also rumored to be connected with the 20th volume of manga series scheduled to be released on March 4, 2016.
Meanwhile, creator of the anime series, Akira Hiramoto, recently revealed that the next volume of the manga bundle will also feature limited edition Original Animation videos (OVA) of the anime series, Anime News Network reported.
The limited edition OVA bundle is rumored to included anime series cast, which were featured in the season 1 of "Prison School," The Fandom Post reported. It is speculated that this OVA bundle is actually a strategy from the publishers and creator to hint the upcoming season 2 of "Prison School."
The new season is also rumored to focus on the story of the lead character of the series like, Kiyoshi Fujino's adventures in the boarding school. It is speculated that Kiyoshi will find out all the dark secrets of the school's secret council.
The rumors also suggest that Kiyoshi along with other boys will fight with the Shadow Student council to oppose their dark plans involving the girl students of the school.
The "Prison school" anime series showcased Tokyo's boarding school for girls, Hachimitsu Private Academy, in the season 1, My Anime List reported. It also featured five boys who got admission just on the basis of merit.
