Josh Duggar, Anna Duggar Divorce: Cousin Amy Calls Him A 'Fraud And A Complete Stranger'
Amid Josh Duggar and wife Anna's alleged divorce dilemma, his cousin Amy Duggar King recently opened up about the scandal. She even called him a "fraud and a complete stranger."
Amy, who is the 27-year-old's first cousin and has appeared on the TLC reality show "19 Kids and Counting," shared her thoughts on the scandal in a blog post entitled "Changes." She noted that 2015 was such an "emotional rollercoaster" with all the ups and downs one can have in life, according to Christian Post.
Amy Duggar King revealed that she was shocked to know about Josh's sexual scandals and that her mind was flooded with millions of questions. She said that a person whom she had known throughout her life became a "complete stranger."
"I was completely shocked just like the rest of the world," she said per a report from The Daily Beast.
She went on to continue saying "a million questions flooded my mind. Rage came over me, sadness crept in, and reality sat in that the person I had known my entire life turned out to be a fraud, and a complete stranger."
Josh Duggar's infidelities, which has since allegedly became one of the reasons of his divorce dilemma with wife Anna, came into light in September last year. It was around the same time Amy got married to her fiancé Dillion King.
Josh, who served as the executive director of the conservative Christian group the "Family Research Council," admitted to have molested two of his younger sisters as a teenager. He was also found be a porn addict and a member of controversial website Ashley Madison.
"I've always heard that there were people in this world that lived a double life, but I never thought that someone so close to home would be living a lie," wrote Amy on her blog.
Amy King has been supportive of Anna Duggar amid her supposed pending divorce from Josh Duggar. Despite of the latter's personal problems, Anna attended Amy's wedding sans Josh, reported Star Plus.
