UFC pres. Dana White hints Conor McGrego's next fight will b in higher division

What's the next biggest event in Ultimate Fighting Championship? Probably Conor McGregor's next fight. This might also be the toughest challenge the Irish fighter will face in his young but illustrated career.

UFC president Dana White said he is open to see Conor McGregor's next fight in another weight class. The 27-year old fighter from Dublin, Ireland is fighting in featherweight division and just last November, he headlined the biggest event in UFC after beating Jose Aldo in just 13 seconds. This fight was also the highest earner in tournament's history.

"Conor has said that he would like to win the 155-pound belt and fight four times a year and defend both belts," White according to a report by MMAFighting.com. "If anybody can do it, Conor McGregor can. This guy has pretty done everything he said he would do. I'm interested."

White also expressed how Conor McGregor badly wants to move up in the sport.

"That is true that normally I would say if you're going to move up in weight, you have to give up the belt," he adds. "But Conor has done everything he said he would do. He loves to fight. He really likes money, so if anybody could do it, it's probably him."

McGregor has received challenge from many fighters since the day he knocked out Aldo. There is of course a discussion for rematch which Aldo himself demanded right on the octagon. There is Hacran Dias, the Brazilian's trainer, who got pissed off by the Irishman during the fight.

Other fighters who want to be on the other end of Conor McGregor's next fight is Nate Diaz who accused the current UFC sensation of stealing his act.

"Conor McGregor, you're taking everything I worked for, mother f--ker. I'm gonna fight your f--king ass," said Diaz who just won yesterday vs Michael Johnson during UFC on Fox 17.

Conor McGregor wants to move up to another division for his next fight but as early as now, other MMA fighters are already warning him to stay away.

"Listen, McGregor, if you want to come to the lightweight division, this is my division," said Rafael Dos Anjos as per ESPN's Brett Okamoto
