Gaming industry was having a hard time dealing with online game hacking tools.

Sony is asking for ideas from users for PS2 games that can be played on the PS4 with backwards compatibility feature, according to IGN.

Last December, PlayStation Worldwide Studio's Dave Thach acknowledged fans who suggested PS2 games for the PS4 backwards compatibility feature on Twitter, IGN reported.

Additionally, he also asked gamers to give provide requests for a new batch of PS2 games using #ps2ps4 hashtag, claiming that the company is listining to its consumers' requests.

According to Game Pur, the giant gaming company has also been acknowledging feedbacks oh how the PS4 backwards compatibility feature is working for them.

The only issue with the PS4 backwards compatibility feature is that players need to purchase the game again in digital form. Meaning that a player will not be able to play the PS2 game in his PS4 console even if he owns a disc from the previous version of the console.

This issue is most often compared to Microsoft's offer of allowing its consumers to play Xbox 360 games in Xbox One using physical cd.

While, Sony did not allow its consumers to use old physical cds, the company boasts that the online PS2 version of the games have been digitally enhanced with sharper and smoother graphic detail, which suits best for the PS4.

In addition, Sony provides Trophy support, a feature PS fans are looking forward to.

And while Sony is asking for new PS2 games suggestions, Gamespot reported that the company has already released a batch of PS4 backwards compatibility games called FantaVision.

Meanwhile, the new batch of PS2 games coming soon to the PS4 backwards compatibility library is said to include, "Wild Arms 3," "Siren," "Primal," "Okage: Shadow King" and "Ape Escape 3."
