The famous "Like a Virgin" singer, Madonna, was recently reported to be facing a custody battle against ex-husband, Guy Ritchie, who currently has their son, Rocco.

The singer's son had been with her all along on her tour, until he decided to stay in England with his father in December 2015 and skipped celebrating Christmas with her.

It was claimed that her 15-year-old son revealed that he felt a home environment in London and said that he doesn't want to live with her anymore and rather stay put.

Allegedly, he felt that his mother is "too controlling" and doesn't give him attention, according to TMZ.

Meanwhile, it was revealed that Guy Ritchie has reportedly brainwashed Rocco which resulted to telling lies about Madonna.

It can be noted that the estranged couple allegedly went through a bad parenting experience in the past due to their constant arguments.

As of recently, it was rumored that the singer's son has blocked her from Instagram but he has remained following his father and step-mother, Jacqui Ainsley.

The gesture was allegedly caused by the embarrassment he felt in social media due to the circulating custody reports, according to National Post.

"Rocco, along with Madonna's other three children, have never been away from her for any extended period of time until daughter Lourdes went away to college last year," said the source when it comes to the "Iconic" singer's determination to have her son back, according to Us Weekly.

"Madonna, who lost her own mother at a very young age, has always made her children's education a priority along with their well-being," the unnamed informant continued.

Her son was expected to return in NYC on Dec. 23 which never happened because of the reported involvement of her ex-husband's lawyer and  said that theit was alleged that the kid didn't want to go home.

Despite all the rumors and speculations, the custody for Madonna and Guy Ritchie's son, Rocco, will be discussed in February during a scheduled hearing by a New York Judge.
