Fans of iconic rapper Kanye West were expecting for his new album, "Swish" to drop this year and it's fair enough to speculate that they could envy actor Seth Rogen, who was reported to have heard the former's latest record, according to sources.

Actor and comedian Seth Rogen was said to have heard Kanye West's much anticipated new album "Swish" when he mentioned in an interview that the unfinished tracks were "dope," as reported by Australia Networks.

The actor mentioned that Kanye West "rapped his entire new album to him."

"He didn't have the lyrics recorded, just beats," Seth Rogen told Seth Meyers during his interview on the "Late Night" show, as stated by USA Today.

"And he went through an entire album, like seventeen tracks, playing the beats on a laptop, and then rapping the songs," the "This Is The End" actor added.

Fans were already expecting for Kanye West's new album, "Swish" to be released this year as news and interviews circulated saying that the record is coming soon.

"That Ye album is nothing to sleep on," Travis Scott said in an interview, courtesy of NME.

"That Ye ablum is coming very soon. It's lit," he added.

"He's on his producing sh*t. He's on his God-level rapping sh*t. It's that Kanye everybody wants. It's some ultimate sh*t," the artist previously commented, as claimed by the source.

Kanye West described that his latest record as being a "two-year painting" and admitted that his album, "Swish" could be delayed since it might take him another 12 months to further work on it, as stated by NME.

"I've been doing that (making a new album) too," he said in the interview with NME.

"That's like a sonic landscape, a two-year painting," he added.

He also recently released some statements regarding the status of his record during an interview.

"I don't to overly describe it or overly try to hype it up," he said in the interview on "Real 92.3" radio show, courtesy of the Daily Mail.

"It's sounding good. It's like a sonic painting and it gets better and better every week," Yeezus explained to radio host Big Boy.

"The work is slow. I've had a while to work on it. I separated with a couple of the tracks that were on my album that I gave to other people," he added, care of the source.
