'The Sims 4' Jealousy Trait And Other Issues Improved With New December Update?
"The Sims 4" jealousy trait and other issues might have been improved with the new December update, according to International Business Times.
A few months ago, the jealousy trait of the game was introduced in a large patch, according to Inquistr.
This trait allows a Sim to get easily jealous compared to a Sim without the said trait. Those characters that have the jealousy trait and hang around with their love partners will buff up their Confidence feature. If that character is not around for a long while, the Jealous Sims will get Tense rather easily.
However, there were some "The Sims 4" players that were not comfortable how the Jealousy trait worked. Some were not satisfied as to how it was introduced or how the trait worked.
Apparently, the developers just wanted to change the lifestyle of the Sims on dealing with their surroundings, according to Venture Capital Post. They wanted to improve the way Sims view and react to their social environments and that is why they added the Jealousy trait.
In addition, a Sim could just freely choose any partners before the update. Sims could make multiple partners as long as the significant other could not see what that character was doing.
"The Sims 4" Jealousy trait could certainly make it more challenging for players who aim for multiple partners throughout their gameplay.
With the introduction of the new "Get Together" expansion, fans are expecting new developments with the current features of the game, including the "The Sims 4" Jealousy trait, according to sources.
The new expansion and update fixed different issues of the game and has introduced clubs, which are based on their traits.
This also introduced peer pressure and how it works in the Sims world. Since there is the club feature, some speculate that the Sims characters that have the Jealousy trait will form their own club.
