Bobbi Kristina Brown's home, where she stayed prior to her death, is now on sale for almost $470,000.

In a report by People, it was revealed that the property, which is located in Alpharetta, Georgia, features three bedrooms and bathrooms.

The outlet shared that the late singer's former place has been described by the international real estate franchise Keller Williams as a "Craftsman-European style townhome w/open floor plan, great room, gourmet kitchen, coffered ceilings and built-ins with attention to detail."

While the sale has been confirmed in the real estate listing, it was reported that no representatives from the camp of Bobby Brown's daughter has ever given any statement relative to such decision.

It can be recalled that before Bobbi Kristina Brown's death was disclosed last year, she was first found unconscious in the tub of her home's master bathroom almost a year ago.

"Emergency officials arrived at the home in time to perform CPR and revive Brown before rushing her to North Fulton Hospital," the report stated. "She spent months in the hospital, a rehabilitation center and hospice care until she died in late July at age 22."

According to Radar Online, the lawsuit stated that the artist's boyfriend, Nick Gordon, "put her face down into a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage."

On the other hand, several fans appeared irked when a digitally altered "odd" photo of Bobbi Kristina Brown taken before her death surfaced online.

The said snap "is emblazoned with an old picture of the two that has been superimposed so that Santa hats are sat atop their heads, while presents rest in their laps." It was reportedly posted on Gordon's Twitter account on Christmas Eve, dished Mail Online.

"He disrespected her in life and continues to disrespect her in death," a certain Lori Lewis commented on the article that showed the photo.

"Trying to come off sympathetic," Somberstricken wrote. "He only used her just like he's using her now."

Keep posted for more updates on Bobbi Kristin Brown's death.
