Fifth Harmony Split: Was It ‘Worth It’ Or Not? Dinah Tells The Truth About The Break Up!
Fans of the widely acclaimed harmonizers and "Worth It" singers Fifth Harmony were disheartened earlier last year as rumors about the group splitting up started to spread around.
As such, Dinah-Jane Hansen, one of the five members of the group, revealed the band's decision to split during a recent interview.
While the super group Fifth Harmony was in Madrid for an interview with EuropaFM, 18-year-old Dinah-Jane Hansen confirmed that the group is finally splitting up, when asked where the girls see themselves in five years, as stated by MTV.
"We've been together for basically three years now and looking back... we're very, very... happy with where we're at right now," Dinah said in the interview, courtesy of a tweet by @meaghannwho.
"But from here on out, we wanna hopefully win a couple more awards together... maybe build more music together as well," she said. "But I feel like we'll probably go our separate ways later on. That's the truth," the singer added.
However, this shouldn't almost come as surprise to fans of the popular "Worth It" singers as rumors of their split have already circulated back then.
In September, Camila Cabello gave a statement during an interview that hinted on the rumors of the split saying that "she'd be 'lying' if she said they'd stay together forever," courtesy of the Hollywood Life.
"Honestly, I think we all do," Camila said in an interview.
"We'd be lying if we all said this is a picture-perfect thing, like we all completely agreed on the album track list and what the sound and the music-video treatment would be like, which usually happens in bands who grew up together. But for manufactured bands, it's harder," she added, courtesy of Latina.
