Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes decided to split in 2012.
But during their relationship as a married couple, they had purchased a palatial and luxurious villa built in 2003 on the site of former Victorian residence.
Lying in West Sussex, approximately 30 miles South of London, the country estate is described as one of the "most desirable" and ideal for those commuters who love entertaining.
Now, Hollywood stalwart Tom Cruise has put up the property for sale with a price tag of about $7 million, which was purchased at a price of $4 million in 2006.
The hefty country estate lies near the sleepy town of East Grinstead and included features like 900 square foot living room, a 33 foot long bedroom overlooking the garden and access to the balcony, reported Daily Mail UK.
It also comes with a tennis court, heated outdoor swimming pool, dance studio, billiards room and gymnasium.
The house of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes also boasts of four reception rooms, master suite, private balcony, a cloak room, apart from three more bedrooms with attached bathrooms and separate balconies, said Variety.
It also has a 133- square metre Pavilion which can also act as a separate lodging located next to Rede Place's garden, paddock and an orchard.
In addition to the former couple's love nest, the "Mission Impossible" actor has been reported to have put several of his properties on sale including his $43 million Beverly Hills estate and Rocky Mountain compound in Telluride, Colorado.
Both properties are in the market since past one year for more than twice the amount that they were initially purchased for.
Tom Cruise is currently busy with his next movie project "Never Go Back," which is a sequel to "Jack Reacher."
The movie is being directed by Oscar award winner director Edward Zwick, who helmed the blockbuster movie "The Last Samurai," Stuff, New Zealand stated.
