'Rise of the Tomb Raider' Xbox One Demo Free Version Released!; Game Reviews Out!
Microsoft recently released "Rise of the Tomb Raider" Xbox One demo and is available for download, according to IGN.
The game has a 21GB file size and is ready for free download and purchase on their website. Gaming websites such as IGN and Game Informer gave their score reviews considering its overall quality with scores of 9.5 and 9.3 out of 10 as the highest.
IGN released a statement with regards to the given score for "Rise of the Tomb Raider" Xbox One demo. It was stated that, "Though the mandatory combat doesn't distinguish itself with challenging enemies unless you crank up the difficulty, Lara's newfound versatility on the battlefield makes fighting a lot more fun," according to their official website.
"Once again it's Lara herself, however, who steals the show, her complex ambitions and hardened resolve showing new sides to a character who has well and truly grown from survivor to the most fascinating action hero in video games today," the statement continued.
The "Rise of the Tomb Raider" was initially introduced to Xbox One on Nov. 10, 2015, which was the same date as the "Fallout 4" was released. Even though the game's demo version was out, PC gamers will be able to download it by early of 2016 while PlayStation 4 version will be out by late next year, according to Tech Times.
Xbox 360 owners may not be able to enjoy Lara Croft's adventure as of the moment, as the company hasn't released a free trial for it yet. It was reported that the game wasn't able to make to the top 10 for its sales in the U.S market in November.
Despite what has been reported on the chart, Aaron Greenberg, Microsoft's marketing executive said that it has "done well," according to GameSpot.
