If you're spending the holidays in New York City and want to leave the cooking to the pros; here are some of the restaurants open on Christmas eve and Christmas day, according to TimeOut.

Black Tree Brooklyn offers a nine to $17 price range on dishes offered. No need to worry about your Chinese-and-a-movie tradition this year because Chef Sandy Dee Hall has already taken care of it.

The food part that is, serving traditional Chinese staples like beef spring rolls with ricotta and honey for two at just nine dollars. Brussels sprouts and picked kale for $17 and four steamed chicken dumplings with habanero sauce and garlic confit at eight dollars is also served. Best of all they are open on the twenty-fourth and the twenty-fifth of Dec.

Chef's Club By Food & Wine is also open on both days. Resident culinary director, Didier Elena taps into his French training under mega-toque Alain Ducasse. The restaurant will offer foie-gras-quince terrine with toasted brioche for appetizer, entrées like venison loin with kabocha squash and monkfish roulade with black-trumpet mushrooms.

Meanwhile, brunch and dinner will be served on Christmas Day at classic SoHo French brasserie, Balthazar. Indulging is made easy when the menu includes a special Christmas platter of prime rib and a raw bar with champagne and oysters, revealed NewYork.com.

Now inside the Wythe Hotel is Andrew Tarlow's restaurant, Reynard. A British-and-Irish-inspired menu is served up here on Dec. 25. A four-course meal includes braised celeriac with oyster dressing and trout roe, smoked haddock with curried rice and a roast goose with chestnut stuffing and cabbage. An advanced reservation is required.

You can catch a holiday sangria at SoHo's popular Spanish restaurant, Boqueria. The restaurant will offer Christmas specials and its regular menu of traditional tapas. They're open both on Christmas Eve and Day. All dishes will be served a la carte.

Dirty French, a restaurant in the Ludlow Hotel is offering a $95 per person menu and is open on Christmas Day. The menu offers four courses, which includes grilled oysters, hanger steak, tuna tartare and lemon tarte. This special menu will be served from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the holiday.
