The world was shocked yet again as another act of terrorism by ISIS transpired when it issued a fatwa that authorizes its members to kill new-born children with disabilities, as stated by sources.

Based on the Iraqi activist blog "Mosul Eye", sharia judges proclaimed that issued fatwa authorizes the members of the terrorist faction, ISIS, to kill newly-born children with Down's Syndrome or other congenital deformities, as reported by Breitbart.

This new act of terrorism by ISIS was posted on the Facebook page of Mosul Eye that claims any child with a disability is now at risk of being killed and unveiled a short footage showing disabled children, as stated by the source.

"Through monitoring and following the death incidents of children with Down's syndrome and congenital deformities, we were able to learn that Shar'i Board issued an 'Oral Fatwa' to its members authorizing them to 'kill newborn babies with Down's Syndrome and congenital deformities and disabled children,'" as stated by the group Mosul Eye, courtesy of the Independent.

The group's statement went on to further state that ISIS believes that "most of the children born with Down's Syndrome are those of foreign fighters who married Iraqi, Syrian, and Asian women," according to the source.

The terrorism caused by the "oral fatwa" issued to ISIS members indicated that children with disabilities were to be killed by lethal injection or suffocation with some taking place in Mosul and Syria, as stated by The Hindu.

It was issued by a Saudi judge Abu Aljazrawi, according to reports, and Mosul Eye has already confirmed more than 38 cases where this act of terrorism by ISIS executed children with disabilities, in the ages of 1 week to 3 months old, as reported by the NY Daily News.

Moreover, Saudi Arabia has recently announced that it has formed a coalition of 34 predominantly Muslim nations to oppose terrorism, as stated by CNN.

"This announcement comes from the Islamic world's vigilance in fighting this disease so it can be a partner, as a group of countries, in the fight against this disease," Saudi Deputy Crown Prince and Defense Minister Mohammed bin Salman stated, courtesy of the source.

"Today there are a number of countries that suffer from terrorism, for example Daesh in Syria and Iraq; terrorism in Sinai, terrorism in Yemen, terrorism in Libya, terrorism in Mali, terrorism in Nigeria, terrorism in Pakistan, terrorism in Afghanistan, and this requires a very strong effort to fight," he further added.
