‘Battlefield 4’ Legacy Operations DLC Will Be Free; Contains Old Maps And More!
The "Battlefield 4" Legacy Operations DLC will be launched for free, according to Stevivor.
"Battlefield 4" is the fourth installment of the "Battlefield" game franchise. It is the 2013 first-person shooter video game and a sequel to "Battlefield 3" that was launched in 2011. The game was developed by EA Digital Illusions CE or DICE and published by Electronic Arts. It was released on Oct. 29, 2013 in North America. It was launched on the PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStatin 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
A new update and DLC are coming for "Battlefield 4" on the PC and both current generation consoles, according to Gameranx. The DLC will be free and it adds new content for the game. It will also fix a lot of bugs that many players were complaining about. The cinematic player of the Legacy Operations DLC can be viewed below.
"Battlefield 4" Legacy Operations DLC will contain maps that have been remade like the "Battlefield 2" map Dragon Valley, according to VG247. The other map remake is "Battlefield 3" map Noshahr Canals with many more additions. The only problem is the new maps will not be available for the last generation consoles because both have hardware limitations.
EA asked the fans which classic map they wanted to be remade. Dragon Valley from "Battlefield 2" was the popular choice from the "Battlefield" fans, according to Gamespot. Now EA has released this free DLC pack for the fans to enjoy.
The remake of the Dragon Valley map will feature different plays, according to Xbox Achievements. The map will contain vehicle play that can definitely change the battleplay, a vertical cloud layer to separate aerial combat from ground combat and repairable bridges for strategic combat.
Although the "Battlefield 4" Legacy Operations DLC will not be coming to the last generation consoles, EA has assured the players that support will continue despite having no DLCs for them.
