Oh My Girl’s Hyojung To Miss MBC FM4U’s ‘Dreaming Radio’ After Testing Positive For COVID-19

To the dismay of  fans, Oh My Girl's Hyojung will be absent from the upcoming broadcast of MBC FM4U's "Dreaming Radio."

In an official statement, Oh My Girl Hyojung's agency WM Entertainment announced that the idol tested positive for COVID-19, therefore, canceling upcoming schedules.

WM Entertainment explained that Oh My Girl's Hyojung underwent a self-diagnosis test and tested positive for the virus.

"Oh My Girl's Hyojung administered a self-diagnosis test and received positive test results," WM Entertainment announced.

The agency also stated that the idol has undergone PCR testing and is now awaiting results.

"We are currently waiting on her PCR test results, and we will inform you of the results as soon as they are available," WM Entertainment shared.

As a result, WM Entertainment announced that they have decided to cancel all of Hyojung's upcoming schedules.

"Hyojung has suspended all her schedules as of now, and is taking necessary measures and resting according to health authorities' guidelines," WM Entertainment revealed.

WM Entertainment also announced that Oh My Girl's Hyojung will be absent from the "Dreaming Radio" broadcast scheduled for today.

"We ask for your understanding regarding the fact that Hyojung was absent from the broadcast of the MBC FM4U radio program 'Dreaming Radio' today (February 22nd)," WM Entertainment said.

Lastly, WM Entertainment assured fans that it will do its best to ensure the quick recovery of Oh My Girls' Hyojung.

"We will do our best to focus on her treatment and quick recovery by prioritizing the health of our artists and complying with the health authorities' guidelines," WM Entertainment closed their official statement.
