Grammys Postponement Causes BTS To Cancel Upcoming Plans In The U.S.!
To the sadness of ARMYs (the fandom name of BTS) from the U.S., the global K-pop superstars from HYBE have announced that they have canceled their plans in the states for the time being.

The 7-member K-pop boy group BTS has gone on to recently announce that they have decided to cancel their trip to the U.S. after the Grammys confirmed that they would be postponing the awards ceremony.
BTS's label, Big Hit Music, went on to tell media outlets that they were preparing to attend the Grammys but stopped discussing plans after hearing about the postponement, shocking fans of the K-pop boy group.
Notably, The Grammys, which was originally slated for the 31st of January, has gone on to be postponed due to the recent spread of COVID-19's Omicron variant. The new COVID-19 strain has postponed not just K-pop activities but all other projects from various industries.
Fans were excited to see BTS in the awards show as they have been nominated for Best Pop Duo or Group Performance. The K-pop boy group was originally scheduled to attend the awards ceremony as their first official activity after their recent break.

As of writing this article, the K-pop boy group's only official confirmed schedule is their offline concert in Seoul this March. Big Hit Music expressed that the members of BTS are currently still on track for their concert and that no changes to their Seoul concert in March have taken place.
It has not yet been announced when the Grammys will be rescheduled.
