JYP Entertainment’s Stray Kids Greeted With A ‘Thunderous’ Applause As They Bag 5th Win!
It seems as though Stray Kids has no plans on slowing down as the K-pop boy group once again adds another award to their bag of laurels!
On the 5th of September, it was reported that JYP Entertainment's Stray Kids once again made history as "Thunderous," their most recent comeback, reached a highly impressive milestone.
As of writing this article, Stray Kids' impactful music video for "Thunderous" has gone beyond 65 million views on YouTube. To add to that, Stray Kids has officially become the first-ever million-seller K-pop group of JYP Entertainment.
Reports note that Stray Kids' "NOEASY" was able to attain 930,000 stock pre-orders and has sold over 641,589 copies in its first week. Stray Kids is currently cementing their name in the K-Pop hall of fame and they still have more tricks up their sleeves for the coming years.
Moreover, recent charts have pointed towards data that make Stray Kids one of the K-pop boy groups to look up to from the fourth generation of K-Pop artists!
As per previous reports, Stray Kids saw the highest follower growth on Spotify among 4th generation boy groups for August. With the addition of 273,352 new followers, the JYP Entertainment boy group now has a total of 5,354,156 Spotify followers.
With that, Stray Kids once again make STAYs (the fandom name of Stray Kids) proud as they won their fifth win for their most recent comeback track, "Thunderous"!
On the 8th of September, the episode of "Show Champion" revealed the candidates for first place. The three K-pop artists being CIX with "WAVE," Red Velvet with "Queendom," Stray Kids with "Thunderous," BTOB with "Outsider," and fromis_9 with "Talk & Talk."
It was revealed that Stray Kids came out on top with "Thunderous" as they bagged their fifth win!
