Ji Chang Wook Resumes Filming For ‘Annarasumanara’ After Recovering From Covid-19
On July 26, it was reported that South Korean A-list actor Ji Chang Wook tested positive for Covid-19. Due to this, the "Healer" actor underwent treatment at a Covid-19 care facility.
After more than two weeks, Ji Chang Wook finally made a complete recovery from the coronavirus disease. Various media outlets have confirmed that the actor is resuming all his scheduled activities. Ji Chang Wook's first schedule after recovering from Covid-19 is to return to the filming set of his highly-anticipated drama "Annarasumanara.
The drama "Annarasumanara" is a live-action adaptation of a popular webtoon of the same name which is written by Ha Il Kwon. It will be released on Netflix and will run for six episodes.
For the drama "Annarasumanara" or also known as "The Sound of Magic," Ji Chang Wook will portray the role of the magician Lee Eul who is putting on shows to people to still believes in magic. Joining Ji Chang Wook for the upcoming live-action drama are Choi Siung Eun and Hwang In Yeop.
Ji Chang Wook was also offered to star in the upcoming drama "Tell Me Your Wish." His agency Glorius Entertainment confirmed the news and stated that the "Lovestruck in the City" star is currency reviewing the offer. According to reports, the drama "Tell Me Your Wish" will revolve around people who dream of "dying well." Should Ji Chang Wook accept the offer to star in the upcoming drama "Tell Me Your Wish," the A-list actor will take on the role of Yoon Gye Ri who is a man running away from death.
Actor Ji Chang Wook is an A-list actor who starred in various hit dramas including "Empress Ki," "Healer," "The K2," "Suspicious Partner," "Melting Me Softly," "Backstreet Rookie," and "Lovestruck in the City." He is also set to take part in the upcoming movie "Two Policeman" as a rookie police officer.
