JYP Entertainment's TWICE dropped their latest mini-album, "Taste Of Love" on the 11th of June and it instantly became a hit as ONCEs (the fandom of TWICE) enjoyed the summer vibes the album gave, more specifically with the album's title track "Alcohol-Free."

Since then, TWICE's "Taste Of Love" has already garnered a huge amount of popularity! Recently, it reached a milestone no other female K-pop artist has achieved.

As of writing this article, yesterday on the 20th of June, Billboard revealed that TWICE's latest mini-album, "Taste of Love," made its debut on the 6th spot on Billboard's popular "Top 200 Albums chart."

Amongst this breakthrough, not only is this TWICE's first time becoming a part of the top 10 on Billboard's "Top 200 Albums chart," but TWICE's "Taste of Love" is now the first and only mini-album by any female K-pop artist ever to be a part of the top 10.

Additionally, TWICE's "Taste of Love" is also the second total overall release by a female K-pop artist to make the top 10 in the chart. The first being BLACKPINK's "THE ALBUM," which did this in 2020.

Moreover, Billboard also went on to note that TWICE's "Taste of Love" is TWICE's third entry on their "Top 200 Albums chart." The first two being "MORE & MORE" and "Eyes wide open."

As per the MRC Data (which was previously known as the Nielsen Music), TWICE's "Taste of Love" garnered a total of 46,000 equivalent album units during the week preceding the 17th of June.

TWICE's "Taste Of Love" total score is made up of 43,000 traditional album sales and 3,000 streaming equivalent album (SEA) copies. This means that the mini-album got a total of 5.09 million on-demand audio streams in the week ending on the 17th of June.

Congratulations to TWICE!
