JYP Entertainment’s ITZY Are Elite! 4th Gen Bombshells Hits Multiple Breakthroughs Ahead Of Comeback
JYP Entertainment's ITZY dropped their latest album, "GUESS WHO," on the 30th of April, spearheaded by the title track entitled "Mafia in the Morning," among six other songs.
Right on the day of their comeback, "Mafia in the Morning" is listed at the 79th spot on Spotify's Global Top 200 chart. Thus, their current title track is now ITZY's highest-ranking song on the chart. Three days later, on the 3rd of May, "Mafia in the Morning" was already on the 77th spot and now has a global stream sum of 1,121,143.
In addition, ITZY's "Mafia in the Morning" is now ranked at the 4th spot on the Spotify Top 200 chart domestically in Korea with 7,981 streams. The title track is currently the highest-charting track from a K-pop girl group on the chart.
Beyond that, ITZY's album "GUESS WHO" has sold 108,766 copies in total as of writing this article on the 3rd of May.
Moreover, ITZY's "Mafia in the Morning" is only the second girl group song that is in the top 10. STAYC's track "ASAP" is the second, at the 7th spot currently.
It does not end there though, ITZY's title track also reached multiple other South Korean music charts. As of writing this article on the 3rd of May, "Mafia in the Morning" places on the #1 spot on Bugs, 8th spot on Genie, 22nd place on FLO, and on MelOn, the 43rd spot.
Additionally, "GUESS WHO" has been rolling through the iTunes charts not just domestically but internationally as well. ITZY's "GUESS WHO" is #1 on iTunes Top Songs chart in approximately nine countries.
To put the cherry on top, the band's comeback album settles at fourth place on the worldwide iTunes Top Albums chart.
Another successful comeback for ITZY as they are rolling in with multiple chart-topping milestones.
