Flex: NCT Dream Becomes Million-Sellers 1 Week Ahead Of Album Release
Only quite a few K-Pop groups have exceeded the 1-million-mark in sales. Top groups such as EXO, BTS, and SEVENTEEN are some of the few that recorded such a staggering number of album sales. Today, NCT Dream joins the shortlist of K-Pop million-sellers, a very impressive feat considering that these are just pre-orders 1 week before the album's official release.
Composed of 7 members, Mark, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung, NCT Dream is a sub-unit of SM Entertainment boy group NCT. They debuted in 2016 with the single "Chewing Gum." In 2018, 5 of the members collaborated with HRVY for the single "Don't Need Your Love." Originally, Mark graduated from the group but was brought back in April 2020 following the release of "Reload."
The SM Entertainment will be making their highly anticipated comeback this May 10th with their first regular album, "Hot Sauce." As of the writing of this article, it is reported that preorders for NCT Dream's "Hot Sauce" are recorded to be at 1,078,843 and still counting.
"Hot Sauce" will include a total of 10 songs, each having its own distinct sound. It will also include the title track of the same name, "Hot Sauce," which is described as a hip-hop song with an afrobeat. NCT Dream's upcoming release is said to be addictive and stimulating like a "hot sauce." It will show the strong charm of NCT Dream that cannot be escaped from once tasted.
