Harry Styles, Dakota Johnson, And More: Gucci's Centennial Campaign Is Star-Studded
Italian luxury fashion house Gucci is turning 100 this year, and to celebrate its centennial birthday, it is highlighting various celebrities in a campaign titled "Beloved." It unveiled the campaign teaser yesterday, March 30th.
Gucci's "Beloved" campaign features A-list Hollywood celebrities, including One Direction singer Harry Styles, Serena Williams, "Crazy Rich Asians" trilogy star Awkwafina, Diane Keaton, James Corden, "Fifty Shades" trilogy actress Dakota Johnson, Sienna Miller, and more.
The new sleek portraits of the luxury fashion brand are out on their official social media page. It has been shot by renowned filmmaker and photographer Harmony Korine, who has previously worked with the high-end brand's creative director Alessandro Michele in the past.
Gucci is a brand that sells handbags, women's products, men's products, children's products, jewelry, watches, and more.
The Beloved collection of Gucci features four classic styles, such as the Jackie 1961, Horsebit 1955, Marmot, and Dionysus.
Headlining the campaign is Harry Styles. In the teaser, the singer is wearing a Spring 2021 attire that includes the fur coat, printed shirt, and the infamous banana necklace. There are several times Harry Styles showed up in Gucci in various events in the entertainment industry. You can remember the Gucci leather suit and boat during the 2021 GRAMMYs.
Other celebrities are also avid Gucci fans. Sienna Miller has been wearing Gucci for several years, with "Raya and the Last Dragon" star Akwafina wearing Gucci at the 2021 Golden Globes awarding ceremonies. Plus, she also previously participated in a Gucci campaign.
The full Gucci Beloved campaign will launch on April 22nd.
In other news, Gucci has also unveiled the Virtual 25, Gucci's first virtual sneaker, joining their other launches and collaborations that include the partnership with Japanese manga and anime, "Doraemon. "
