Samsung, one of the world's largest producers of electronic devices, recently disclosed that it is planning to boost the sales of its Bespoke products to as much as 80 percent of the company's sales in electronics.

Lee Jae-seung, the president of Samsung's consumer electronics business, stated that in order to boost sales, the company would have to expand the lineup of Bespoke products in Korea and in other parts of the globe.

World Today News reported that more than one million units of Bespoke refrigerators, the first product in Samsung's home appliances, were sold just 20 months after it was launched. As of the moment, the Bespoke brand already has other home appliance products such as air purifiers and dishwashers.

Lee, in a report by The Korea Herald, mentioned that the company is expanding the concept of Bespoke in terms of "space, time, and co-growth with partners." He assured that the concept, which started with kitchen appliances, will expand to living room and laundry room appliances. Some of the items that it plans to release are washing machines, dryers, wireless vacuum cleaners, shoe cleaners, and water purifiers.

Aside from the said items, Samsung is also rolling out 17 kinds of home appliances by mid-year so that customers will have the luxury to choose in terms of colors and the materials used.

"The company first introduced the lineup to Russia, Sweden and China last year, and will start releasing the products to the US, Europe and in Southeast Asian countries this year," Lee quipped.

Moreover, Lee announced that the tech giant would initiate a free after-sales service for repair or replacement. He said that the company would try its best to offer high-quality products for the entire lifetime of its customers. One of Samsung's ways to do it is by working with companies from various industries.
