Chanel Couple: G-Dragon and Jennie To Attend Virtual Fashion Show
On March 9th, global luxury fashion brand Chanel goes virtual for their official fashion show for the season.
The pandemic has changed not just the lifestyle of everyone on the planet but also how brands, especially those under the luxury fashion industry, host their exclusive events. For this year, the streets of Paris will not be cramped by photographers, celebrities and fashion icons as luxury fashion brand Chanel will be hosting their show virtually. Therefore, attendees such as their official ambassadors will be enjoying the show at the comfort of their homes.
To hype the upcoming CHANEL Fall-Winter 2021/22 Ready-to-Wear show, Korean Chanel ambassadors and "real-life" couple BIGBANG's G-Dragon and BLACKPINK's Jennie each posted their official portraits on their personal instagram account.
Each of the ambassador portraits posted by G-Dragon and Jennie were taken by renowned photographers, Inez & Vinoodh.
G-Dragon
In his black and white portrait, G-Dragon is sporting a Chanel coat and numerous accessories including various necklaces, rings and bracelets. The BIGBANG leader and Korean fashion icon shows off his chic and cool vibe, his very trademark that only he can pull off.
Jennie
The BLACKPINK member posted a black and white shot of her wearing a simple yet gorgeous tweed dress which she accentuated with a chain and leather belt. Jennie is also seen wearing classic Chanel drop earrings. She is cute and chic at the same time and just embodies the Chanel girl that she is.
Aside from their portraits, Chanel's official Instagram also posted short clips of G-Dragon and Jennie "waiting for the show to start." The two separate clips show G-Dragon being playful in front of the camera while Jennie was seen acting cute with her dog Kuma.
The film of the CHANEL Fall-Winter 2021/22 Ready-to-Wear show will be revealed on Tuesday, March 9th, at 10.30am Paris time.
