The girl group from JYP Entertainment is supposed to be meeting their Japanese fans for a Tokyo Dome concert last March 2020, but due to the coronavirus pandemic, it was canceled. Therefore, on March 6, TWICE greeted their Japanese fans through their second online concert titled, "TWICE in Wonderland 新体感ライブ CONNECT Special Live (Japan)."

Using the latest Augmented Reality and Complex Reality technology, TWICE performed their Japanese songs such as "Brand New Girl," "Fanfare," "Happy Happy," "Breakthrough," "Fake and True," "Better," "Polish," "Pink Lemonade," "The Reason Why," "One More Time," "Candy Pop," and "Wake Me Up." Aside from their Japanese releases, the nonet from JYP also performed the Japanese versions of some of their hits such as "More & More," "Dance The Night Away," "Fancy," "TT," "Heart Shaker," and "Feel Special." Not only that, but TWICE also performed "I Can't Stop Me" with all nine members.

Aside from the amazing performances by Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu, ONCE received surprising news from the girls last night.

The JYP Entertainment girl group announced that they are slated to come back this coming May for their 8th Japanese single!

According to TWICE's official Japanese Twitter handle, the upcoming single is entitled "Kura Kura" and will be released on May 12. This upcoming release will mark TWICE's first Japanese comeback for 2021 after approximately seven months since the release of "Better."
