Jun Ji-hyun For Alexander McQueen: The Actress Kicks Off Her Latest Collection With The Luxury Brand
Alexander McQueen is a British luxury fashion house founded by the world-renowned designer of the same name, Alexander McQueen. It offers sophisticated clothing pieces, ready-to-wear outfits, sneakers, accessories, and so much more. Jun Ji-hyun is the first Korean endorser of the British brand.
In her latest campaign, the 39-year-old Jun Ji-hyun is part of Alexander McQueen's Spring 2021 collection. Sarah Burton, the creative director of the fashion house, calls the new collection "First Light." It is an ode to London, considered her first home.
"First Light" highlights "shape, silhouette and volume," as well as "the beauty of the barebones of clothing stripped back to its essence -- a world charged with emotion and human connection."
It features pieces that exude elegance, sophisticated tailoring, flair, and the distinctive Alexander McQueen characteristic inspired by gothic and leather pieces.
Jun Ji-hyun wore Alexander McQueen outfits, emphasizing her glamor and graceful stature. One was a sweet biker look donned with a moto jacket in soft black leather, with the exploded variant of sleeves, plus peplum in black-colored tulle and blush-colored tulle.
There is also a look with the actress sporting a corseted dress with Watteau back, ivory Chantilly lace, and black-colored dove loca appliqué embroidery, flaunting her gorgeous silhouette and figure.
Jun Ji-hyun also wore a white-colored dress, plus a belted shirt dress with overemphasized sleeves, plus a parka skirt in optic white poplin out of cotton.
She then finished the look with a romantic dress with a cutaway neckline, plus a butterfly-draped skirt in sophisticatedly-engineered tulle fabric toile print. It also has a bone-cropped cocoon jumper in rib stitch made with compact cotton English.
Last year, she wore a black-colored ensemble featuring a collared blouse and long skirt, plus the Alexander McQueen bag accessory.
