BTS' Jungkook Gains More Than 2 Million Likes Showing Off His New Hairstyle
BTS's Jungkook, on Wednesday, February 24th, posted about his new hairstyle on Twitter, garnering over two million likes as of press time.
Posting with the caption translated, "Self-dyeing," this post of Jungkook featured the award-winning singer with his blue-colored hair.
He previously sported blond hair that fans speculated is a preview to his 2021 mixtape titled "Golden."
The post has already gained over 550,000 replies, a million retweets, and 2.4 million likes. The singer's fans are saying how his newly blue-dyed hair fits perfectly with his clear and radiant skin, including his shiny red lips. He was wearing black-colored jogger pants with a black-and-white long-sleeved top.
Even influencers, celebrities, and streaming apps are greeting BTS's Jungkook about his hairstyle. Music streaming platform Deezer responded, "We love it," with two blue heart emojis.
Actress and former Miss Alabama USA Jessica Ahlberg also replied in Korean language, translated, "Well done. Blue is fun."
The K-Pop boy band recently appeared on "MTV Unplugged," singing their tracks from their latest album "BE," including their take on Coldplay's "Fix You."
Coldplay tweeted the link to BTS's performance, writing the caption "beautiful" in Korean, and "love" in English with the initials of their band members, Chris Martin, Jon Buckland, Guy Berryman, Will Champion, and Phil Harvey.
Their song, "Fix You," from their album "X&Y" was reportedly written by Chris Martin for his wife at that time, Gwyneth Paltrow, after her father passed away.
BTS's Jimin said they chose to sing "Fix You" because the song gave them comfort, saying with their singing, they are also hoping they will give comfort for their listeners and the ARMY.
RM, Jin, J-Hope, Suga, V, Jimin, and Jungkook also performed their tracks, including "Telepathy," "Life Goes On," "Dynamite," and "Blue & Grey."
