Marvel 'Agent Carter' Season 2 Trailer Released! Plot Reveals Peggy In Hollywood!
Marvel's "Agent Carter" season 2 recently released trailer showed Peggy's Hollywood experience.
The trailer revealed that agent Carter went from the cold weather of New York City to the sunny environment of Los Angeles together with Jarvis. Her new adventure to Hollywood is packed with non-stop action and romance.
Hayley Atwell said that, "I think it's the support of the fans saying that they want that and they want more of it," during the St. Louis Wizard World Comic Con 2015 according to Tech Times.
"And it's a dialogue between the audience and the industry saying this is what we want and this is what we're ready for," she added. "I felt like the audience was speaking out. And I do hope that it will start a quiet revolution because the audience is there and they want it. It's time."
Hayley Atwell plays the role of a Strategic Scientific Reserve secret agent that aims to stop modern atomic threats stirred from World War II. Her trip from New York City to California will be her most dangerous mission yet in history.
She'll encounter new friends, probably new love interest and a home. Although, the city is surrounded with hidden threats, she is determined the people she pledged to protect, sources wrote.
Marvel's "Agent Carter" season 2 trailer is a sneak peak into the list of characters that will include characters Edwin Jarvis played by James D'Arcy, Enver Gjokaj as Chief Daniel Sousa, Agent Jack Thompson played by Chad Michael Murray and Hayley Atwell as Agent Carter, according to Comingsoon.net.
Agent Peggy Carter first appeared in the movie "Captain America." Eventually ABC decided to make a series for her character. The new season will show how Peggy has moved on after a year from her loss of Captain America. "Peggy's in quite a different place," Atwell said, as reported by Tech Times.
"She's not grieving as much. It's not as raw for her to have lost Steve. I think we'll see much more light, warmth and humor. But I think there will also be something very like L.A. Confidential, the film noir, the very glamorous L.A. life with that sort of dark underbelly of L.A. in the '40s," she continued.
Marvel's "Agent Carter" season 2 will premiere on Jan.5 for two hours long, with the trailer becoming viral upon its release.
