For starters, the two South Korean superstars had a history together as they were reported to have dated a year after they worked together in the 2008 drama titled Worlds Within. Both of their agencies confirmed that they were an item at the time.

However, after two years of dating, Song Hye Kyo and Hyun Bin were forced to end their romance due to their hectic schedules. There were even speculations that the former lovebirds were not able to handle the attention that their relationship had gotten since they became official. The separation happened before the Crash Landing On You star started serving in the military.
