MOMOLAND's Nancy and The Boyz member Q have been in the center of dating rumors lately. However, their respective agencies have denied that the two are in a relationship.

Speculations are hot that K-pop idols Nancy and Q are dating after they were spotted together sharing some drinks at a cafe. However, MOMOLAND's agency MLD Entertainment and The Boyz's agency Cre.Ker Entertainment are quick to clarify that the two are just friends and they are not into a romantic relationship. MDL also threatens to take action if the speculations will continue.

"Nancy had drinks with her friends The Boyz's Q and Eric and Cherry Bullet's Jiwon for about an hour and a half. They are just friends, and if speculations continue to arise, we will take firm action," MLD told Herald Pop.

Many believe that the photos of the two that are being shared in online communities are from a sasaeng who followed Q and Eric in the bar. After the photos were posted online, Q was seen getting a little bit emotional during The Boyz recent fansign event. Many speculate that it could be because some of the group's fans are demanding Q to explain his relationship with Nancy.

Meanwhile, netizens expressed disappointment that K-pop idols like Nancy and Q can't have a normal life such as meeting friends wherever and whenever they like. Many pointed out that both Nancy and Q are adult and whoever they hang out with is their own business. Many are also furious of the sasaeng who invaded the idols' privacy and took pictures of them.

Both MOMOLAND and The Boyz debuted in 2017. MOMOLAND is currently promoting their comeback single "I'm So Hot" which was released in March. The Boyz, on the other hand, released their second single album, Bloom Bloom, and its lead single of the same name in April.

The 12-member group is about to embark on their The Castle Asia Fan-Con Tour this week. The group will visit six cities in Asia and it will kick off in Hong Kong on June 14. They will also meet their fans in Singapore, Jakarta, Bangkok, Taipei, and Manila.

The Boyz is also confirmed to attend the KCON New York 2019 along with other K-pop groups. At least a dozen of Korean pop groups will be joining the KCON NY at Madison Square Garden on July 6 and 7. Meanwhile, the KCON Los Angeles 2019 will be held on August 15 and August 18.
