EXO's Baekhyun Shares His Daily Activities In His New Solo YouTube Channel
A little bit of EXO member Baekhyun is what EXO-Ls needed to complete their day. Baekhyun has launched his own YouTube channel that features his daily activities that his fans could certainly relate to.
On his first Vlog episode, the K-pop idol went out to meet some friends. The less than two minutes clip started off with Baekhyun walking down the street. The man who is filming the singer can be heard telling him that it is been a while since he walks down the street leisurely.
He was also seen getting behind the wheels on his way to the place where he will meet a friend. At a cafe, the 27-year-old singer ordered mild americano coffee and spend time with his friend.
Baekhyun has shown off his playful side in his first vlog. He admitted that it is far from perfect but he promised to return with much better clips and possibly much longer.
As of writing, the channel already has more than 700 thousand subscribers and the clip has garnered over 1.4 million views. Baekhyun first announced about his YouTube channel on his Twitter account where he also shared his struggles as a novice in the video sharing platform.
"Why won't my YouTube channel come out even when I search for my name. Maybe it's because I'm still a beginner! Fighting, though!" he wrote along with a crying emoji and his channel link.
With a new YouTube channel, many fans are looking forward to watch more content from the singer. Some are also anticipating cameo appearances from his fellow EXO members.
Baekhyun opened a YouTube channel just more than a week after his birthday on May 6. Several hashtags related to his special day were the highest-trending topics on Twitter.
Meanwhile, Baekhyun will join the rest of EXO members, except for Xiumin, in the upcoming SMTOWN Live 2019 in Tokyo, Japan. Xiumin started his military service on May 7. He is the first member of the K-pop group to have enlisted. Prior to his enlistment, Xiumin and his fellow EXO-CBX members Chen and Baekhyun wrapped up their MAGICAL CIRCUS-Special Edition in Japan last month.
Aside from EXO, the artist lineup also include TVXQ, SHINee's Taemin, BoA, NCT 127, NCT Dream, Super Junior, Red Velvet, f(x), Girls' Generation's Yuri, Taeyeon, and Hyoyeon, J-Min, and Kangta. The annual SMTOWN Live event has a theme Fantasia Express this year. The three-night event will be on August 3-5 at the Tokyo Dome.
