Ladies’ Code’s Ashley Turns Up The Heat With Sexy Teaser For Her Solo Debut
Ladies' Code member Ashley is gearing up for her solo debut! The charming singer has released a teaser photo and some important details for her upcoming album, which marks her first solo project.
The 26-year-old start made it obvious that the album will have a summer vibe to it. In the photo, Ashley can be seen wearing a striped swimsuit and lowering her sunglasses, which highlighted her blue and yellow painted nails.
She posted another photo earlier today, where she's seen lying down on a tennis court donning the same striped top and summer shades. A source from Polaris Entertainment said that the singer is cooking up a hot new single with a sexy concept, prompting excitement from fans.
Ashley: The Summer Queen
Not much is known about Ashley's solo album, but the official Twitter account for Ladies' Code says that the album will be called "Here We Are" and that it will be released July 17. A teaser for the new album was also released two hours ago, featuring Ashley laying in white sheets, which you can view below.
In the video, the singer is seen grabbing a pair of scissors then chopping her locks off. True enough, Ashley's new photos feature her sporting a new hairstyle. Fans on Twitter can't help but express their excitement for Ashley's comeback.
The New Ladies' Code
Fans of Ladies' Code know all too well about the tragedy that happened in September 2014, where the group lost two of its members—EunB and RiSe—to a fatal car accident. The group returned as a trio in 2016 and went on to release two albums, Myst3ry and Strang3r, as a tribute to their fallen sisters.
Last year, fellow member Sojung released a solo song titled "Better than Me," a ballad expressing heartbreak over a past love. As of writing, there are no updates yet whether Ladies' Code will have an upcoming project as a group.
For now, Ladies' Code fans will have to wait for Ashley's album to drop, which is in less than two weeks. Stay tuned for more updates.
