Justin Bieber tickets for his "Purpose" world tour in 2016 are currently on presale. Presale tickets are available on EllenTV, but a secondary provider is now offering a promo code that could reduce ticket prices even further. 

A report from 12 News Now reports that CapitalCityTickets.com is offering Justin Bieber tickets at a discounted rate. Customers who use the promo code: CITY5 can get an extra 5% off their order. 

Justin Bieber's "Purpose" tour will launch on March 9, 2016, in Seattle and will continue to numerous cities around the world. The tour is to promote Bieber's fourth album and first record since 2012. His most recent album was released on Friday, November 13 and continues to climb the charts with positive feedback.
